Returns & Refunds Policy

At Twigomart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Some items, such as perishable goods or custom orders, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@twigomart.com with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to discuss availability and instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
